Setting the Bar for a Good Week in the Gym

I just arrived home from work on a Monday and I’m less than two hours away from the beginning of another workout week in the gym.  I love Mondays for this reason alone especially since my workouts the past 2 weeks have seemed to be off or lacking continuity for one reason or another but I’m determined to get in a great week of workouts starting today.  Today is my chest and triceps workout day and I’m going to hit it hard.  I think I’m going to change it up a little bit and sit in the sauna for a couple of minutes then run a mile to warm up before I begin my chest and triceps workout today.  My goal this week is to run at least 5 miles this week in addition to getting in a great week of uninterrupted workouts.  I am also going to get in at least 1000 sit ups in the form of various ab moves.  I’m setting the bar for a great week in the gym so I’m excited.

YPs I’m focused, determined and ready to get it done!  Meet me at the gym if you ready to get it in and achieve your goals.  I’m almost there(goals) but like Brandy said, “Almost doesn’t count,” so I’m turning the intensity level up and removing the ‘almost’ from in front of ‘almost there’.  No more letting any distractions, excuses or whatever keep the ‘almost’ in front of my being where I want to be YPs.  Look good, feel good, and be good YPs!!!
