Happy Wednesday YP’s! Today’s quote from Lance Armstrong is powerful in that it talks about not quitting in whatever it may be. I choose this quote because I am having some difficulty in getting back to walking normally after my injury.  I know it going to take time, so all I can do is try my best and keep on pushing. So whatever we are going through in life, let’s remember that pain is temporary, but quitting is forever!

   this is a great quote and i so needed this in life we have so much shit to deal with and we sometimes hit rock bottom and feel like we are alone and cant go on ,,, but its only temporary nothing stays the same forever rather its a good thing or bad … wow great great great quaote im gonna twit
