Frank Ocean came on the scene in a major way in 2011. He dropped the highly popular project Nostalgia, Ultra and was featured twice on the highly anticipated album by Jay-Z & Kanye West Watch the Throne. No word on when his retail album will be available, but in the meantime Frank releases Whip Appeal. It’s always good to get some new music from Frank. Enjoy.
