Good advice in here. I do think that people today are somewhat cut off from their extended families compared to generations ago. Many people I know have moved out of town, away from grandparents and older aunts and uncles. Yeah, you see the older generation here and there, but not on any routine basis, and I think you miss out on some of the wisdom.

One winter while I was about to enter a shoe, a young called to me and asked me if I knew anything about starting a car. I went over to look. In the car she had 2 little girls and a baby in a car seat. I found out that her car had ran out of gas and that she was just sitting in her car waiting to see a friendly face; someone she thought wouuld help her. I then got in my car drove to a nearby gas station. I purchased $20 worth of gas in a gas container, took it to her and helped her pour it in her gas tank. Pretty soon the young lady and her babies nice and warm and on their way home. I went home and shared the story with my kids. It felt so awsome to have helped someone. True story.

Now this is one talented young brother! Look forward to greatness from "Flauce" in the near future! Flauce, stay humble and stay on that straight and narrow! Ya know the old folks use to say, "The road to PERDITION is packed, but on the road to RIGHTEOUSNESS you will only see a few folks every now and then!"

this may seem strange to whoever im writing this to but i am 100% the author of this pem i wrote this poem in 1993 sitting at my desk at my mothers house along with 4 other poems . My original was stolen from me i believe by a family member and i never knew that it was missing until i read it on a wall at a friends house . i have proof that it is mine because im the only person that knows what it is about. If there is anyway you can help me claim what is mine it would be greatly appreciated . My phone number is 580-214-1625. Thanks
