The wait is finally over!!! For the past year we’ve been featuring music from Flauce and now his highly anticipated mixtape “Take it Personal” has finally arrived. We’ve had the opportunity to get an early listen to it and it’s definitely been worth the wait. Flauce has definitely proved that he’s a great MC with a bright future ahead of him.
Feel free to download the mixtape. Additionally, there is a donate button located at the bottom of this post in order to support Flauce’s cause. A donation of $3 will more than suffice but whatever you deem necessary is definitely appreciated. Thanks again and enjoy this great music.
Preview songs off the mixtape:

YPRichB: Natalie from the Delaware Valley Green Building Council (DVGBC) was gracious enough to reach out to us to share an upcoming meeting by her organization in Philadelphia. Below is more information on DVGBC so I encourage all aspiring professionals to read below and attend if this is relevant for you.
Who are the DVGBC Emerging Professionals?
DVGBC Emerging Professionals are the energetic and dynamic leaders of tomorrow’s green building movement. The program is geared toward individuals no longer in school and under 30, but does not exclude anyone who may be interested and are new to the industry or DVGBC. DVGBC Emerging Professionals seek to engage all those who are interested in learning about and advocating for sustainable building practices. So who are Emerging Professionals? Certainly many are young architects and engineers, but they also include young lawyers, education and healthcare professionals, sustainability consultants, and anyone else interested in the future of green building.
Come out to our meeting and get involved in our exciting new initiatives!

We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has been supporting the YP movement thus far. We started this site just about a year ago and we are very proud of what we have done and are excited for where we are about to go. With your continued support we are confident that YPBlogSpot can become the movement we intended it to be when we started this a year ago. Me and the other co-founders are very grateful for that support and look to reciprocate our gratitude for the rest of 2010 and beyond.
With that said, we have decided to take a mini hiatus from the daily updates to revamp the site and hopefully improve upon our foundation. We are proud to point out that we do have over 750 posts of motivation, personal blogs, and music for your enjoyment so please take this opportunity to check out what you’ve missed. We will return sooner than later and hopefully be better than ever!!! In addition, we will continue to encourage guest bloggers to share content with YPBlogSpot supporters. YPBlogSpot will also continue to promote events/artists that we have already established relationships and partnerships ongoing. Thanks again for your support and stay tuned for the new and improved YPBlogSpot.
Best Regards,
