Lupe Fiasco returns with what I think is a very dope video for his single “I’m Beaming” produced by The Neptunes. Ever since his arrival on the rap scene, Lupe has defintiely pushed the envelope in terms of what rap music can be. This quote comes from one of my favorite rappers, Joe Budden. I love the sentiment of these words, because it is truly how I feel. YPs, there will be many people in your lives who will honestly do more harm than good. It is important to weed out the positive forces from the negative ones, on your road to ‘successville.’ Sometimes people around you may be prohibiting you from growing and don’t even know it. Sometimes it may come in the form of a bad relationship, friendship or you may really encounter someone who is really out to get you, for one reason or another. I challenge you to overcome any and all people who could potentially stand in your way of progression. You have to know that you are the most important person in your life!!! You cannot help or save everyone. Some people have destructive personalities that you may not be equipped to handle. DO NOT LET THEM RUIN YOU!!! They can be successful, they can be a loser, but do not let them be YOUR DOWNFALL!!! YPs Stand Up!!!

YPs I stumbled across Bad News Brown by accident, well I was tricked because I clicked on a link I thought was for Eminem’s new single “Not Afraid”. To my surprise I wasn’t even upset that I was duped into listening to Bad News Brown’s “Reign” via his harmonica. This is something NEW, different and I can see myself just sitting back or driving or doing whatever listening to something like this by Bad News Brown. I am not familiar with Bad News Brown but I am going to get familiar and I have included some links for you ladies and gents to get acclimated with him as well. Enjoy YPs and spread the good music!
