YPRichB:Hopefully all of you are familiar with the HBO TV Series “Entourage” but if not do yourself a favor and check it out. Long story short, the show focuses on a movie star Vincent Chase and his entourage. In this particular scene Chase’s agent, Ari Gold, is meeting with Turtle, a member of the entourage who wants to branch out and start his own business. Ari does a great job of showing Turtle what it takes to be successful. When I first saw this scene from last season it immeadiately hit home because ideas are just that until they are executed. YPs, hopefully this clip will inspire you to take a hard look at your goals and help you realize the amount of work it takes to be successful. Enjoy!

Good day YP’s! Very good quote from Khalil Gibran, and it definitely speaks to me today. It talks about your attitude, and how your attitude can make all of the difference in the world. Having a good attitude, may not be easy all of the time, and can take some work. I definitely had my days, where I felt as if everything was going against me, but in reality; I am my worst enemy. Sometimes, WE blow the small things out of proportion, and make things harder on ourselves than it really should be. I believe wholeheartedly that having a positive or negative attitude, can adversely affect the outcomes in our lives. I’ve attached an example to paint a clearer picture. YPs for the past 9 months or so YPDSing, YPJimH, YPRichB and YPRuck have been building the YP Brand via YPBlogSpot. We have grown so much as well as gained a nice following/supporters in the past 9 months of YPBlogSpot’s existence. Drake is arguably the most anticipated Hip-hop act since 50 cent and with his debut album “Thank Me Later” coming out this spring, songs from the project are leaking left and right. “Shut It Down” featuring The-Dream was rumored to be his first single before “Over” came along and “Fall For Your Type” is an unfinished track, possibly written for Jamie Foxx. Either way, Drake does his R&B thing on both tracks so check them out below.
