“Success in life is founded upon attention to the small things rather than to the large things; to the every day things nearest to us rather than to the things that are remote and uncommon.”

If you pay attention or listen to a successful individual or individuals, you will probably notice that they pay close attention to detail.  Some more than others but most successful individuals are meticulous about the smallest things which definitely contributes to their success.  The concept is easy YPs but easily overlooked by individuals that are only able to see the big picture and not the small steps necessary to create that big picture.  Understand YPs that the small things that Booker T. Washington  is referring to are necessary or there will be no big things/success.  It’s imperative that when pursuing Successville that you/we take our time and make sure that step 1 is given the same time and attention as step 5 is given.  By paying close attention to detail and ensuring that each part of your foundation of your success is laid firmly success is in evitable.  Be successful YPs and remember be great in everything you do!

YPs I ran across this song and video by Kirk Franklin and Friends(BeBe & CeCe Winans, Yolanda Adams, Marvin Sapp, Natalie Grant, Donnie McClurkin, Mary Mary, Shirley Caesar, Jeremy Camp, Marvin Winans, J. Moss, Smokie Norful, Dorinda Clark-Cole, Karen Clark-Sheard, Kiki Sheard, Donald Lawrence, Bishop Paul Morton, Micah Stampley and James Fortune) titled “Are You Listening: A Love Song For Haiti” on the Mo’Nique Show last night and I had to share this with you YPBlogSpot.  This song has been dubbed as the gospel community’s response to “We Are The World” with more than 150 participants joining the cause.  YPs join don’t forget about the people of Haiti and continue to do your part if it’s just donating money, clothes, food, and/or soliciting people to donate and not forget about the Haitians during their time of distress and need.  Keep Haiti in your prayers and be blessed YPs.
