YPs, you know us, we are always talking about working out in the gym or wherever. Physical fitness is a big part of our lives. If you follow us on FB or Twitter, you may see YPRuck mention one of his many workout routines, from time to time. What you may not understand is that, there is a method to our madness. Although, we enjoy working out, there is a bigger purpose behind the hard work and sweaty clothes. We believe in pushing ourselves to the limit, mentally and physically.
As you know, we all have big dreams, with every intention on reaching them. Working out is a way of conditioning ourselves to not give up. To get where we are trying to go in life, it will take a lot of hard work everyday. Sometimes, our minds as well as our bodies, will be tested. To be successful, you will undoubtedly have to put in some long hours. You will definitely have to work through fatigue. You will surely have to be sharp when others will not be. Working out will help aid you in those times of fatigue. Sometimes, your mind will follow how your body feels. If you’ve been up since 5am and are still working at 7pm, your body may try to shut down. Although your mind will try to overpower your body, it may make some mistakes that it wouldn’t, if you weren’t as tired.

I previously posted these pair of Fendi heels on my blog not too long ago, but I had to re-post them on YPBlogspot. These SIX inch platform heels are sooooooo BAD that they make me want to… PAUSE! Let me keep my thoughts to myself. I’m very sure if I purchased them and decided to walk down South Street in Philly perhaps, I would be bound to have: every man and woman’s attention, a few sore necks, 15 phone numbers, 5 future dates, and a few shopping bags with items that were NOT purchased out of my pocket. I would just be praying all the way, “Please don’t let me fall. Please LORD!”
Fellas you have to admit if your girl had these on, there would be no going out the house! Just make sure you’re using a JIMMY, unless you two are TRYING to have a child! Lol
